Fabricated from 12 gauge type 304-2B stainless steel with rugged 3/8″ x 2″ stainless skid type “V-Legs.” supporting the bottom is 3/16″ x 2″ Stainless Steel Angle welded solid to the Vat. The edge of the vat is folded and machine tig wlded, completely sealed and sanitary. A 1.5″ stainless steel drain and stainless steel cap comes standard.
